Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using CannonBall ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of these Terms, you may not access the Service.

User-Generated Content

CannonBall allows users to create and share events, which may include user-generated content. By using the Service, you acknowledge and agree that:

• You are solely responsible for all content you create, post, or share through the Service
• You will not create, post, or share any content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, invasive of another's privacy, hateful, or racially, ethnically, or otherwise objectionable
• You will not impersonate any person or entity or falsely state or otherwise misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity
• You will not post content that infringes on any patent, trademark, trade secret, copyright, or other proprietary rights of any party

Zero Tolerance Policy

CannonBall has a zero tolerance policy for objectionable content and abusive users. We do not tolerate:

• Content that promotes violence, hatred, or discrimination
• Harassment, bullying, or threats directed at other users
• Sexually explicit, pornographic, or otherwise inappropriate content
• Spam, scams, or fraudulent content
• Any content that violates applicable laws or regulations
• Abusive behavior, including but not limited to stalking, intimidation, or harassment of other users

Content Moderation

CannonBall employs automated and manual content moderation systems to identify and remove objectionable content. We reserve the right to:

• Review, filter, modify, or remove any content at any time without notice
• Remove content that violates these Terms or is otherwise objectionable
• Suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms
• Report illegal content to appropriate law enforcement authorities

Reporting Objectionable Content

Users can report objectionable content or abusive users through the in-app reporting features. When you report content or a user:

• We will review the report within 24 hours
• If the content or user is found to violate these Terms, we will remove the content and may suspend or terminate the offending user's account
• Reported content will be immediately removed from your feed
• We will take appropriate action to prevent further violations

Blocking Users

Users have the ability to block other users through the Service. When you block a user:

• The blocked user will be removed from your friends list
• You will no longer see content from the blocked user
• The blocked user will not be able to contact you or see your content
• We will be notified of the block for moderation purposes

Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account immediately, without prior notice, if you:

• Violate these Terms or our Community Guidelines
• Post objectionable content or engage in abusive behavior
• Use the Service for any illegal purpose
• Attempt to harm, exploit, or endanger other users
• Engage in any activity that disrupts or interferes with the Service

Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease, and we may delete your account and all associated content.

User Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• All activities that occur under your account
• Ensuring that your use of the Service complies with all applicable laws and regulations
• Respecting the rights and privacy of other users
• Reporting objectionable content or abusive users when you encounter them

Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by CannonBall and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any of the material on our Service without our prior written consent.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, CannonBall shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of the Service.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes by posting the new Terms on this page and updating the "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
